Shipping & Returns

Return Policy
All returns must be received within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment.

Store Credit Only.  Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime on www.cheekibikini.com 

Swimwear/clothing must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition. Sanitary strip and tags (if received with them) must still be in place.must be  Swimwear/clothing that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.

Prior to shipping back, please fill out our return form.   

Please allow 3-5 business days from the return arrival date to be contacted about your return (via email). Make sure you have an account set up on www.cheekibikini.com so that we can credit your account directly. If your account is not set up, please allow us extra time to create one in order to issue your store credit. You will be contacted via email once this is done. 

Shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions. Domestic and International return shipping is also not refunded, and paid for by the customer, not CheekiBikini. Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
